The Emerson Core Drier Filter is constructed in the form of a cylindrical tube in which there is a Silica Gel that absorbs water vapor in the coolant. These high quality filters are equipped with a safety cap made of the best metal wood, which will turn into liquid when the temperature of the coolant reaches the specified limit. Universal replacement cores and filter cores are used in ADKS and STAS shells and similar competitive Take-apart type filter drier shells. It is compacted with an outlet pad (20 micron) for maximum filtration and a premium universal replacement liquid line for CFC, HCFC and HFC refrigerant gases (R-12, R-134a, R-22, R-404A, R-407C, R -410A, R-500, R- 502, and R-507).
